To enter the sweepstakes, you must complete the following steps. If any of these steps are incomplete, your application will be automatically disqualified.

Applicants must:

- Be 18 years of age or older

- Reside in the United States

- Have a wedding date set between 1/21/26 and 1/20/27

- Have a wedding location in Bexar County or any contiguous counties (Kendall, Comal, Guadalupe, Wilson, Atascosa, Medina, Bandera)

No! The sweepstakes is completely free to enter.

Applications will be accepted until 1/9/26, with the winner being announced 1/20/26.

Vital Event Rentals will review the applications and choose the couple that has the most inspiring/funny/interesting love story!

The winner will be announced 1/20/26 via a phone call.

The sweepstakes winner will win a rental of up to (10) 60" round tables and (80) white resin folding chairs. This includes delivery, setup, and breakdown of the rental items. The prize DOES NOT include linens or any other rental. Other rentals or chair upgrades can be added for a fee. 

The top 10 runner ups will receive a an email with a voucher for future bookings!

No. No cash or rental substitutions will be provided in leu of the rental prize.

Photos will be used on the Vital Event Rentals website alongside your love story. They will also be used on printed materials and other online promotions.

Yes. The winning applicant will be interviewed for a segment on the Vital Event Rentals website as well as other promotional materials.
